This is an example of a 20 week sonogram posted by a couple on their website, "A Baby Named Jonas. In this image the baby's penis was visible, and thus they were told (correctly as it turned out) to expect a boy. Sometimes it is possible to visually identify fetal penis or labia earlier than 20 weeks.
