if executive compensation is to be tied to performance, shouldn't the CHIEF EXECUTIVE, who has consistently produced extremely low ratings as reflected by opionion polls, take a pay cut? Shouldn't we dock his pay for Katrina and Iraq? How about Osama-still-free, WMD un-intelligence, Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, domestic spying, The Surge, we are now at war with Iran in Iraq, etc.? After all, he is The Decider. I think the President would approve of that performance based approach. (Refund please!) If he was a TV show he would have been pulled off the air long ago. Even on FOX.
