I notice they quoted one of my lawyers, Sherry Levitan, who mentions ;-) working with three single gay dad clients in 2006. (Unfortunatley they didn't interview my other attorney Kelly Jordan, who would have been an excellent resource for this article.)

The article is informative; however, the examples mentioned concern surrogates paid a fee to carry babies for intended dads, and the legality of such arrangements under Canada's restrictive 2004 Assisted Human Reporoduction Act, it doesn't contemplate the more unusual "sibling surrogacy". I guess that will have to wait for another article.
