Caring for Your Newborn Baby

This fun, hands-on workshop will teach pre- and postnatal parents to find humor and joy in the care routines for your new babies. Topics covered include: questions to ask before you leave the hospital or birthing center; preparing the home for the baby's arrival; circumcision and umbilical cord care; bathing and dressing; breastfeeding; how to handle a colicky baby; and a lot more! Led by Andrea Syms-Brown, IBCLC, CIMI, with 17 years of experience as a newborn care specialist/educator. Snacks will be provided.
